This blog is named for my daughter's heart transplant. In July, 2009, "Bean" received a new heart. It is my hope that this blog may help others going through major changes or living with major challenges.

Well...we are in a distinctly familiar boat! Henry had his TX on Valentine's Day in 2008 in St. Louis (he was 5). This would be after Hanley at Stanford told us there was no way he could save our kid and that transplant was our only route. (We live in Oklahoma City).
ReplyDeleteI think we are on the same CHD list. I have Henry's blog at HenrytheBlog.com -- about 15 pieces are loaded since I have all my stuff written. But have to depend on charity of boyfriend to do the actual loading -- transplant pieces should go up this week. Best of luck, Bean has a terminal case of adorable!
